Registration and payment terms:
All registrations have to be made via the online registration form that will be open on this website from 1 October 2017. Payments can be made via bank transfer after receiving the invoice or by credit card during the registration process (the invoice will be sent after a successful payment). Please note that when choosing the credit card payment, a fee of 3.16% of the total payment will apply. We can only accept euro-payments.
Participation in the Congress and the events of the Congress is subject to a fee. Registration to the Congress, social events and the accommodation booking are binding for the participant. The fees are to be paid in advance according to the invoice the participant will receive after successful online registration. Any resulting bank charges are to be paid by the Congress participants.

Should you cancel your attendance at the Congress by 15 April 2018, the participation fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35 euros. Should you cancel your attendance at the Congress by 15 May 2018, 50% of the attendance fee will be refunded, minus an administration fee of 35 euros. In the event of a cancellation after 15 May 2018, no refund is possible.
Accommodation registrations cancelled before the dates referred in the accommodation booking form under each hotel`s name will be refunded in full, except for the handling fee of 35€. In the event of a cancellation at a later date, no refund is possible.
Please submit your cancellation to the Congress Secretariat in writing via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, an amount paid and bank details.
