When and where can I register on-site for the Congress?

Registration desk at the Congress Venue - Tallinn Cultural Hub - is open on following dates:

June 14 - 8:00-21:30
June 15 - 8:00-19:00
June 16 - 8:00-20:00

What is the best time to arrive to avoid queues in registration?

If you participate in morning sessions, please come as early as possible (starting from 8:00). If you are not participating in morning sessions, then we suggest arriving after the first session starts (from 9:00).  If you have single-day registration, then we recommend coming to the registration desk in the evening before the day you participate.

What should I bring with me to the registration desk?

Please bring your ID to the registration desk to get the badge and congress bag and ensure your entrance to the Congress sessions.
If you have not yet paid for the registration or social events than please note that we accept cash only.

Where can I pay for my registration or social events?

If you have registered for the Congress and social events online but did not pay your invoice by credit card or via bank transfer, then you can pay your fees on-site. Please note that cash only is accepted. If you arrive at the Congress venue, please find the desk "Customer services" first to pay your fees and head to the registration desk after this.

Can I pay my fees on-site using credit card?

Please note that cash only is accepted on-site and credit card payment is not possible. Please bring the as precise amount of cash with you as possible (according to your invoice total sum) to speed up the payment handling on-site. 

What if I am not registered for the Congress but still want to join?

On-site registration for walk-in delegates is possible from 14 June until 16 June. Please note that Congress organisers cannot guarantee congress materials for walk-in delegates and you may not be able to attend all the sessions as some of them are fully booked. If this is not bothering you, then you are welcome to join. Please click here for the price list.

Does the congress fee include catering?

All the coffee breaks indicated in the programme are included and free for delegates. Lunch is not included in the registration fee; it is served to pre-registered participants who have chosen and paid for the lunches. If you did not choose lunch as the additional option during your registration but still would like to have lunch served in the congress venue, please head to the "Customer services" desk and ask for any vacancies for lunch. Please note that only limited number of lunches without pre-registration will be available to purchase on-site for each day.

If you need any suggestions for lunch spots outside the congress venue, please head to the "Tourism information desk" at the congress venue.

Can I register for the lunch on-site?

Please note that lunches will be served only to the participants who pre-registered for lunch with the extra fee. Only limited number of lunches without pre-registration will be available to purchase on-site for each day. Please head to the "Customer services" desk and ask for any vacancies. Please note that on-site payments can be made cash-only!

If you did not pre-register for lunch and there are no vacancies on-site, please ask for suggestions to find lunch spots outside the congress venue from the "Tourism information desk" at the congress venue.

What should I bring to the Gala dinner to ensure my participation?

You will receive a gala dinner ticket from the Congress on-site registration if you have registered for the gala dinner. If you have registered gala dinner also for your accompanying person, the additional gala dinner ticket will also hand to you at the registration desk. Therefore please note that you have to do your on-site registration before the gala dinner. If you did not register for the gala dinner but would still like to join, please head to the "Customer services" desk at the Congress venue and ask for any vacancies for the gala dinner.

What if I am not sure if I registered for the Gala dinner?

There is a list of gala dinner participants available in the registration desk for you to check if you are registered and on the list. If you are not on the list but still want to join, please head to the "Customer services" desk at the Congress venue and ask for any vacancies for the gala dinner.

Can I register for the Gala dinner on-site?

It is possible to register for the Gala dinner on-site on June 14th in case of vacancies. Please head to the "Customer services" desk with the request in the Congress venue. Cost for the Gala dinner is 60 euros per person. Please note that only cash is accepted on-site.

What events can my accompanying person attend?

Accompanying person with pre-registration is welcome to join the Welcome Reception on June 14. If you have registered excursions or other social events for your accompanying person than he/she is in the list of these events and can join with the ID wristband that can be found in your name badge pocket that you receive from the congress registration desk.

Can my accompanying person attend the Congress lunches and coffee breaks?

Please note that the coffee breaks and lunches are only available for the delegates, speakers and exhibitors. Pre-registered accompanying persons are welcome to join the Welcome Reception on June 14 and the excursions and other social events you registered for them.

Where can I find presentation files?

The presentation files will be not shared in any other way than presented during the Congress. All the delegates have received access to the Congress abstracts (sent by the Congress secretariat via email in pre-congress information sheet). Information about access is also in the programme book which all the registered delegates will receive on-site.

Where can I ask for an item I have lost during the congress?

All the information about the lost & found items is directed to the Customer services desk. If you have lost something, please head to the desk and leave your contacts with the description of the lost item there. Congress staff will be in contact with you if somebody returns your lost item to the desk.

If you have found something, please give the item to the Customer services desk to ensure that the owner will receive it faster.

Please note that all the lost & found items have to be collected from the congress venue before the end of the Congress.
